🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Associate – Learner Success (Remote)
📍 Remote | 💰 ₹30,000–₹50,000/month
📌 Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US Accounting & Bookkeeping
Your KPI:
Minimum 5 genuine learner success stories per batch (24-week programmes).

Do you have a knack for US Accounting/Bookkeeping and a passion for mentoring people toward real, tangible outcomes?
At SkillArbitrage, we're not just teaching skills -- we're helping learners actually monetise them. And we need a Senior Associate -- Learner Success to own that journey end-to-end.
What you'll do:
📌 Mentor learners on freelancing, client acquisition, pitching & outreach
📌 Track progress, engagement, and hold learners accountable
📌 Help them push through rejection and low response rates
📌 Spot high-potential learners and drive them to their breakthrough
📌 Document real success stories -- because that's our north star
What we're looking for:
✅ Solid understanding of US Accounting & Bookkeeping + QuickBooks
✅ Strong communication and follow-up skills
✅ A mentoring mindset — motivating AND holding people accountable
✅ Understanding of freelancing/client acquisition (LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email)
✅ Comfort working with targets and measurable outcomes
Bonus points if you've freelanced yourself, worked with US clients/CPAs, or have prior coaching/mentoring experience.
