URGENT REQUIREMENT OF LEAD UI/UX GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Location: Ahmedabad
We are hiring for Lead UI/UX Graphic Designer Profile –
Total 5 Vacancies.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Develop user-centered designs, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
- Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs that enhance usability and improve overall user satisfaction.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and design critiques.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into design solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design, preferably in a digital agency or product-based ecommerce company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design, user experience design, and graphic design.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
- Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS, Android) is a plus.
