Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4 to 5 graphic designers.
- Create innovative and attractive packaging designs for products.
- Develop branding creatives according to company brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in all brand visuals, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams for creative requirements.
- Review and finalize designs before production or publishing.
- Handle product label designs, promotional creatives, brochures, banners, and social media creatives.
- Maintain and improve the company’s visual identity and design standards.
- Guide and support team members with creative ideas and design quality.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Packaging Design
- Expertise in CorelDRAW
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of Branding & Brand Guidelines
- Creative thinking and visualization skills
- Team handling and leadership experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience in FMCG, Ayurvedic, Healthcare, or Baby Care industry will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Experience in handling print and packaging design projects.
- Positive attitude with leadership qualities
