Digital Maestros is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of projects, think strategically, and deliver exceptional visual work for international clients. Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual content across branding, presentations, digital, social, and marketing collateral
- Lead projects from concept development to final execution
- Interpret and execute English creative briefs with clarity and accuracy
- Collaborate with clients, strategists, and internal teams to deliver impactful creative solutions
- Mentor junior designers and maintain high design standards across projects
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality in a high-pressure, fast-moving agency environment

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4+years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Strong aesthetic sense with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to read, understand, and execute English design briefs independently
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptability to AI tools, emerging design software, and evolving creative workflows
- Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude, leadership mindset, and willingness to continuously learn and grow
