We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead with deep expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, TPRM, and Source-to-Pay (S2P) modules, along with strong hands-on experience in Workspace Development, UI Builder, Next Experience, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, AI Search, Now Assist, and Integration Hub.
The candidate will lead technical delivery, mentor development teams, architect scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects across multiple business modules.
- Design, develop, and configure scalable ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
- Build and configure modern user experiences using UI Builder, Next Experience, and Workspace Frameworks.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow Workspaces including Service Operations Workspace (SOW), Customer Service Workspace, and HR Agent Workspace.
- Implement and configure Playbooks to streamline business processes and improve user productivity.
- Design and develop automated workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Configure and enhance Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities including incident summarization, case summarization, resolution note generation, knowledge article creation, and custom AI skills.
- Configure and optimize AI Search for intelligent search experiences across portals and workspaces.
- Develop conversational experiences using Virtual Agent and NLU to automate employee and customer support.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Mentor and guide development teams while enforcing coding standards and ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and deployment plans.
