Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Application Developer with strong expertise in .NET MAUI, Xamarin, .NET Core, and Entity Framework to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, extensive mobile application development experience, and the ability to provide technical leadership to development teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI and Xamarin.
- Architect scalable and secure mobile solutions integrated with .NET Core backend services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to define technical solutions.
- Drive best practices in coding, architecture, performance optimization, and security.
- Review code, conduct technical assessments, and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions and technology roadmap planning.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET MAUI and Xamarin.
- Expertise in .NET Core and Entity Framework.
- Proven experience building and delivering enterprise-scale mobile applications.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs, databases, and backend systems.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have hands-on experience with .NET MAUI, Xamarin, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Experience leading mobile application development projects is mandatory.
- Candidates from across India who are willing to relocate to Bangalore are encouraged to apply.
