Role Description The Lead Generation Intern will support the business development team by identifying and qualifying new prospects, with a focus on organizations that can benefit from Consciento’s workforce and leadership solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets and companies, compiling prospect lists, updating CRM records, and assisting in outreach campaigns via email, phone, and professional networks. The intern will collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to refine lead criteria, schedule introductory conversations, and track lead engagement. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, where the intern will work both from the office and remotely as business needs allow.
Qualifications
- Ability to identify and capture new leads, with foundational skills in lead generation and prospecting.
- Strong market research skills to analyze industries, organizations, and decision-maker profiles.
- Effective communication skills for professional email, phone, and online outreach.
- Interest in sales and business development, with a willingness to learn sales processes and tools.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking tools, and basic online research platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment in Gurugram and maintain self-discipline when working from home.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
