📢 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executives / Appointment Setters
A Dubai-based company is looking for experienced and results-driven Business Development Executives and Appointment Setters for a full-time remote position.
Job Details
• Work Type: 100% Remote – Work from Home
• Salary: USD 400–500 per month
• Working Hours: 8:30 PM–5:30 AM IST (US Shift)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Location: Candidates based in India may apply
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound cold calls and engage potential clients
• Connect with business owners and key decision-makers
• Identify and qualify business opportunities
• Handle objections and communicate services professionally
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Schedule qualified Zoom appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM
• Achieve daily and monthly outreach and appointment targets
• Follow the company’s sales scripts, SOPs and processes
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting or business development
• Fluent and confident spoken English
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Disciplined, target-driven and able to work independently
• CRM experience is preferred
• Previous experience communicating with international clients will be an advantage
