Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant – Hyderabad
Location: Hyderabad
Work Model: 4 Days Work From Office
Experience: 9–15 Years
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement of the Oracle Fusion Financials suite of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to understand current financial processes, pain points, and business requirements.
- Design and propose functional solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AR, Cash Management, Bill Management, Dispute Management, Advanced Collections, Credit Management, Intercompany, etc.
- Knowledge in Order Management E2R process.
- Perform fit-gap analysis.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules as per approved functional designs.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, and data conversions (RICE objects).
- Develop and execute Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Support data migration, integrations, training, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to timelines and deliverables.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion Financials releases, features, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 9–15 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP implementation role.
- Strong focus on Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementation experience is a must.
- In-depth functional knowledge and hands-on experience in either O2C or P2P with modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Procurement (P2P Cycle)
- Order to Cash (O2C Cycle)
- Projects
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
- Oracle Fusion Financials configuration.
- OTBI, FRS, and FBDL.
- SQL and basic technical concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Financials certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications such as EPM, SCM, and HCM.
- Consulting environment experience.
