Job Summary
AceNet Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Python, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will lead frontend architecture, collaborate with backend teams, mentor developers, and deliver secure, high-performance enterprise applications while ensuring adherence to coding standards, architecture governance, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Python, and Azure.
- Design and implement modern frontend architecture, reusable UI components, and coding standards.
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate applications using REST APIs.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Drive UI/UX best practices to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
- Implement state management using Redux and Context API.
- Ensure secure application development, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Microsoft Azure App Services.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and performance issues.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Python.
- Hands-on experience designing scalable frontend architectures and reusable component libraries.
- Strong experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Redux and Context API for state management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services and cloud deployments.
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure application development practices.
- Experience optimizing application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance optimization tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled web applications or enterprise integrations.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale digital transformation or consulting projects.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving architecture decisions.
