Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/Node/AWS) based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React for the front end and Node.js for the back end, deployed on AWS. Responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, implementing secure and efficient APIs, and optimizing application performance across the stack. The role also involves reviewing code, mentoring engineers, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring adherence to best practices in testing, deployment, and cloud infrastructure management. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality, maintainable software solutions on time.
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience of 8yrs
- Hands-on experience with React/Node/AWS services
- Experience required with AWS Lambda in serverless architecture
- Strong front-end development skills, including React and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Proficiency in back-end web development using Node.js, RESTful APIs, and related frameworks, with a focus on performance and security.
- Experience in full-stack development and end-to-end software development, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of production systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront) and cloud-native application deployment and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate effectively with distributed teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in mentoring engineers, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architectural and design decisions; familiarity with agile methodologies is beneficial.
