Barista Kraft Academy is the coffee education venture of Grape Xpectations Global Beverage Academy— one of India's leading beverage education institutions.
We're building something different.
Not just another barista school, but a center of excellence for coffee education with global standards, industry partnerships, and a commitment to raising the bar for coffee professionals in India.
We're looking for our founding Lead Barista & Centre Manager—someone who wants more than a job. Someone who wants to help build an academy.

Your Responsibilities
☕ Deliver professional barista and coffee education programmes
☕ Lead practical training in espresso, brewing, milk texturing, latte art and sensory evaluation
☕ Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center
☕ Oversee student experience, equipment, inventory and training quality
☕ Develop course content, workshops and academy standards
☕ Drive business development through café, hospitality and corporate partnerships
☕ Represent Barista Kraft Academy at industry events and collaborations
Who We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in specialty coffee, café operations or coffee education
• Strong technical skills in espresso, brewing and latte art
• Previous experience managing a café, training center or team is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
• International coffee qualifications such as SCA, CQI, Coffee Consulate, Italian Barista Method, Espresso Academy or equivalent will be preferred.
