Position: Accountant – E-commerce Sales & Reconciliation
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
About the Role
Argo Trading India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant – E-commerce Sales & Reconciliation to manage accounting and reconciliation of leading e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in reconciling marketplace sales, returns, claims, deductions, and payment settlements from portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile sales, returns, claims, deductions, and payment settlements received from e-commerce marketplaces.
- Perform account reconciliations for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Myntra, and other e-commerce portals.
- Verify settlement reports, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Pass accounting entries and maintain books in Tally Prime.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies with marketplace partners.
- Prepare MIS and reconciliation reports for management.
- Assist in month-end closing and GST-related accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of reconciliation issues.
Eligibility
- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce accounting and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Myntra, or other e-commerce marketplaces is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Reporting
The selected candidate will report directly to the Finance Head.
Work Schedule
- 6-day working week (Sunday Off).
- Up to 3 Work From Home days per month (as per company policy).
Location
Janakpuri, New Delhi.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and skill set.
