Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 7+ years of experience to build and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, LLM solutions, and AI Agents.

Location: Bengaluru | Hybrid
Joining: Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates Preferred
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience building GenAI applications and RAG pipelines.
- Hands-on experience building AI Agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or PydanticAI.
- Experience with AI-augmented development tools — Cursor is mandatory or experience with similar tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Codeium.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git, and modern software development practices.
- Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to Azure / Databricks is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-based AI/ML deployments.
Good to Have
- Experience with MLOps / LLMOps, model monitoring, and production AI systems.
- Knowledge of AI security, governance, and enterprise deployment practices.
- Experience working with Jenkins, Jira and Confluence.
