🚀 Hiring: Lead AI Engineer
We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-powered applications, along with people leadership experience.
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 7+ Years
👥 Leadership: 1+ year leading a small AI/Data Science team
🚀 Production AI: 2+ years taking AI-powered applications to production
🔹 Must-Have Skills
- Generative AI & Agentic AI in a commercial environment
- End-to-end delivery of AI applications from problem definition to production
- Classical statistics, ML, feature engineering, experimentation & model evaluation
- Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Search
- Tool/Function Calling, orchestration, structured outputs & failure handling
- Azure AI services; Copilot Studio / Power Platform experience is desirable
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring and people management
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI Data Scientists, AI Engineers, AI/ML Engineers & AI Solution Engineers
- Balance AI experimentation, strategic delivery, production support and team development
- Build AI capabilities and knowledge-sharing practices across teams
- Drive technical reviews, coaching and capability development
- Collaborate with AI teams across India and the UK
