Impact Analytics is an agentic-first AI software company focused on transforming retail merchandising through AI, LLMs, and Generative AI. The role is for a Lead AI Engineer working on global-scale, real-world AI products.

Location: Bangalore
Experience
- 5 to 9 years in Software & Machine Learning
- 2 to 3 years in Generative AI
- 5 to 6 years in Deep Learning
- 5 to 6 years in Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing
- Strong understanding of the global GenAI ecosystem
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
- Masters preferred in computing
- Ph.D. preferred in systems
- Ph.D. preferred in mathematics
- Ph.D. preferred in machine learning
- Related areas preferred
Responsibilities
- Solve complex business problems in the global supply chain and retail industry through machine learning
- Build GenAI solutions using external assets and proprietary models
- Develop and evolve the foundational forecasting model and integrate it into product offerings
- Deliver AI R&D objectives for one or more projects
- Design and develop new Deep Learning and GenAI architectures and algorithms with AI architects and CTO
- Contribute to the IP generation process and support patenting key inventions
- Collaborate with stakeholder groups to identify opportunities for applying GenAI to real-world problems
- Explain advanced technical concepts to technical and non-technical collaborators
Additional Responsibilities
- Work on industry-leading merchandising solutions
- Work on foundational AI agents
- Use retail domain expertise to address product and business problems
- Contribute to enterprise SaaS products
- Experiment, learn, and implement innovative solutions
