Showroom Manager is responsible for following
Responsible to maintain the showroom as per SOP Responsible for handling the P&L of the showroom as well as performance of the team

Responsibilities		KPIs
Strategy and Planning	Oversee end to end execution / implementation of business plans Provide inputs in creating Reliance Jewels business strategy & create a roadmap to ensure adherence to overall objectives, goals Collaborate with leadership to identify new initiatives/ projects and set operational plans that meet these future demands	Sales Target V/s Achievement GSS target V/s Achievement Customer Retention Conversion Rate against total footfall Inventory turnover No. of ATL & BTL activities at store
Project Management and Financial Planning & Budgeting	Participate in Reliance Jewels budgeting cycle & process and provide inputs on budget allocation for own sub-function/ team Oversee deployment of own budget and ensure efficient utilization and minimum variance in target v/s actual Monitor end-to-end execution of key projects and ensure adherence against timelines, budget, resources & project plan Create periodic project update & variance reports and recommend measures to mitigate risks, if any
People Management	• Instill a culture of continuous development and high performance within own team • Participate in recruitment activities & ensure retention / engagement of own team • Set performance objectives of own team, evaluate / appraise team members and provide regular feedback & guidance • Guide, mentor and develop own team to take larger and complex responsibilities • Evaluate training and development requirements for own team and make recommendations for learning interventions
Policies, Processes & Procedures	• Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner• Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures• Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures• Assist peers in daily activities ensuring alignment with approved policies and procedures
