Requirement:

- Proven experience in L1/L2 technical support or a similar role
- Familiarity with incident management processes and SLA adherence
- Proficiency in using the ServiceNow ticketing tool or similar ITSM platform
- Basic understanding of SAP/ERP systems and their navigation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, or SAP/ERP support are advantageous.
