The Key Accounts Manager (Sales & Marketing) role, located on site in Padra - Vadodara, will be responsible for to effectively represent the company within assigned key accounts, build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), and continuously increase the share of wallet within assigned accounts through strategic account management and business development initiatives.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Experience in B2B sales environments preferred.
Overall Objective
To effectively represent the company in assigned accounts, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in conjunction with RSM, Increase the Share of wallet in the account assigned.
Sales Strategy and Planning
Implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and increase share of wallet within assigned accounts.
Market Analysis & Customer Relationship Management
Conduct market research, identify potential areas for increase in business, and cultivate relationships to drive sales growth in the assigned account.
Sales Performance
Track sales performance, analyse market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement to achieve sales objectives within the assigned account.
Team Leadership & Dev.
Collaborate with sales teams and provide support, training, and guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
Sales Operations and Process Optimization
Execute sales processes, manage sales pipelines, and utilize sales tools effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure alignment of sales efforts with organizational goals.
