Key responsibilities:
Manage client communication, site operations, service quality, and SLA/KPI performance.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, HR, and Procurement teams to resolve service issues.
Conduct site visits and client reviews, and prepare reports and action plans.
Monitor maintenance, manpower, billing, collections, and contract renewals.
Identify opportunities for additional engineering services.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
* 5–10 years of experience in technical facility management or engineering services
* Experience in key account management and knowledge of building systems
* Based in Goa or willing to relocate
