Role Description The Junior Web Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of responsive websites and web applications that align with client brand guidelines and campaign goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with front-end coding, basic back-end integration, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing site performance and usability. The role will collaborate closely with designers, senior developers, and account teams to implement visual designs, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and update content as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Front-End Development skills such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of responsive design principles.
- Basic Back-End Web Development exposure (e.g., server-side programming, databases) and interest in learning modern frameworks.
- General Web Development and Programming skills, including debugging, code organization, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Web Design awareness, including usability, accessibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work collaboratively in a creative, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail when implementing requirements and documenting work.
