Role
We are looking for Junior Training Officers who are passionate about engineering, technology and hands-on learning. This is not a repetitive training role. You will continuously learn new technologies, gain hands-on experience, understand industrial applications and train industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training.
- Learn and develop expertise in mechanical and fluid-power technologies.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and troubleshooting exercises.
- Develop training content, practical activities and assessments.
- Train engineers, technicians and operators from different industries.
- Support training lab activities and technology demonstrations.
- Travel to client locations for corporate training assignments.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production, Automobile, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in hands-on technical training.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for corporate training assignments.
