Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the merchandising team with day-to-day activities and order follow-ups.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and other departments.
• Maintain order details, product information, and reports.
• Update and manage data using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheets and Google Sheets.
• Follow up on samples, materials, production status, and deliveries.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Support the Senior Merchandiser in meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
• Graduate/Diploma in any field.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of Excel/Spreadsheets and Google Sheets.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and data.
• Organized, proactive, and responsible attitude.
