- Ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketplace, brand, and commercial objectives.
- Strategy & Planning:
- Support the development and execution of annual, quarterly, and monthly marketplace and quick commerce advertising strategies.
- Contribute insights and recommendations based on platform trends, campaign performance, competitive activity, and consumer behavior.

- Reporting & Business Insights
- Own regular performance reporting to support the Marketplace Lead and broader business teams.
- Build clear daily, weekly, and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, key insights, opportunities, and risks.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations rather than simply reporting numbers.
- Track performance against defined targets and ensure timely escalation of key issues or opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, marketplace advertising, or digital growth.
- Experience managing advertising campaigns across marketplaces and/or quick commerce platforms is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with mid-to-large D2C brands is strongly preferred.
- Experience at a mid-to-large performance marketing agency managing multiple brands or significant advertising spends is also strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Hands-on experience with campaign optimization, performance reporting, ROAS analysis, and budget management.
- Strong understanding of how creative, pricing, promotions, listings, and SKU strategy influence advertising performance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong ownership mindset and a passion for driving measurable business results.
