Job Description: Junior Manager – Accounts & Finance (CA)
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai – Andheri Kurla Road, Chakala
Landmark: 200 meters from Chakala Metro Station
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 1–3 Years | CA Freshers with relevant exposure may also apply
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join as a Junior Manager – Accounts & Finance. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, MIS, and other finance-related activities.
Candidates with manufacturing industry exposure will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendor payments, and collections.
- Ensure timely compliance and filing of GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory returns.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, Company Secretary, and other external stakeholders.
- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
- Coordinate with sales teams and clients for receivables and collections.
- Monitor vendor payments, supplier settlements, and utility payments.
- Assist in developing and implementing finance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Review accounting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present financial performance, analysis, and key insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with relevant exposure may also be considered.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, audits, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities within deadlines.
