🚨 WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTS MANAGER

About the Role-
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reporting, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities-
* Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
* Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
* Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and account statements.
* Manage bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
* Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for collections.
* Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams when required.
* Monitor expenses, cash flow, and other financial activities.
* Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
* Support management with financial analysis and reports for decision-making.
Requirements-
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
* 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
* Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
* Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Experience in Pest Control / Facility Management will be preferred.
