Junior Interior Designer (2–3 Years Experience)
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (On-site)
Design Stories is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our studio. If you enjoy creating thoughtful, well-crafted luxury residential spaces and are eager to work on high-end projects from concept to execution, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in an interior design practice.
- Experience working on luxury residential projects with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings and design documentation.
- Develop SketchUp models for design presentations.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and concept presentations.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare measured drawings.
- Assist senior designers in design development and project coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in site visits and monitor design implementation.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, materials, colours, and detailing.
- Ability to prepare mood boards and presentation layouts.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
