Junior Executive – Project Operations

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive – Project Operations to support research project coordination and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate research projects and track project progress.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with hospitals, laboratories, vendors, and internal teams.
- Follow up on sample collection, logistics, and deliveries.
- Support quality, compliance, and project documentation.
- Communicate project updates and timelines to stakeholders.
- Identify operational issues and escalate them appropriately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, BBA/MBA, or a related field.
- Freshers to 1 year of experience.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
