🚀 Hiring: Junior HR Executive – Candidate Coordination
We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our team in Delhi NCR and support our recruitment team with candidate coordination and interview management.
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time
🏢 Work Mode: On-site/Hybrid, as applicable
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule and reschedule interviews based on candidate and interviewer availability.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, documentation, and next steps.
- Share interview details, updates, and feedback with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with recruiters and internal stakeholders for smooth interview processes.
- Handle day-to-day recruitment coordination and HR support activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive candidate experience.
🔹 Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or recruitment coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good knowledge of email communication and calendar management
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and interview schedules simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and confident communication style
⭐ Preferred
- Experience in IT Staffing / IT Recruitment
- Exposure to candidate screening and interview coordination
- Familiarity with recruitment trackers, ATS, or hiring portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
