Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client and internal requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases and regularly update recruitment trackers
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms for talent sourcing
- Support the team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and business opportunities
- Conduct basic market and prospect research to build targeted lead lists
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, follow-ups, and lead generation activities
- Maintain and update prospect and client information in CRM or internal trackers
- Support the business development team with meeting coordination and other sales activities

Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, sales, or a related role
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and online research tools
- Basic understanding of IT roles and services is preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow across recruitment and business development
