Job Title: Blockchain Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or others.
- Develop and maintain blockchain-based protocols and services.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and review the code of peers.
- Work with product and design teams to deliver user-focused features.
- Optimize blockchain transactions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Integrate third-party APIs and tools to enhance dApp functionality.
- Monitor emerging technologies, trends, and tools in the blockchain ecosystem.
- Ensure security best practices are followed across all codebases and deployments.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in blockchain development.
- Proficiency with one or more blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, etc.
- Deep understanding of smart contract languages (Solidity, Vyper, Rust, etc.).
- Experience with web3 libraries such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles and decentralized networks.
- Familiarity with Truffle, Hardhat, or other blockchain development tools.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Layer 2 solutions and interoperability protocols.
- Contribution to open-source blockchain projects.
- Knowledge of Zero-Knowledge Proofs, consensus algorithms, and tokenomics.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
