Role Description The Junior Architect will support project teams in the design and documentation of architectural projects from concept development through detailed drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design presentations, assisting with architectural drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants, and helping maintain project documentation. The role involves contributing to design reviews, supporting integration of design and technical solutions, and ensuring that work aligns with project timelines and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and project stakeholders in the studio environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and detailed design.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, digital workflows, or BIM environments.
- Basic Project Management skills, including task prioritization, time management, and coordination with team members.
- Proficiency in common architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong visual communication, technical drawing, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio setting and respond constructively to feedback.
- Interest in sustainable design, local building practices, and current architectural trends is beneficial.
