Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Architect role is based in Gurugram. The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, including preparation of drawings, 3D models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include assisting with concept development, design detailing, coordination of interior and architectural elements, and preparing documentation for clients, consultants, and regulatory submissions. The role involves contributing to design reviews, collaborating with project teams, and maintaining organized project files and schedules. The Junior Architect is expected to participate in site visits, support construction documentation, and help ensure design intent is reflected in execution.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools, workflows, or digital project coordination.
- Ability to support Project Management activities, including basic scheduling, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar), and basic knowledge of graphic or presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
- Strong visual and spatial design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow and interpret design guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and take initiative on assigned tasks; prior internship or junior-level experience in an architectural practice is an advantage.
