Job Profile: Junior Analyst
Location: Gurugram (Udyog Vihar, Sector 18)
Employment Type: Full-time, WFO, General Shift

The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to review and verify documents, identify discrepancies or potential fraud indicators, and support fraud detection and investigation activities. Fresh graduates with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
· Review and verify documents to identify potential fraud and discrepancies.
· Conduct detailed checks of records and information for inconsistencies, errors, or red flags.
· Analyze information carefully to identify potentially fraudulent activities.
· Document findings accurately and maintain relevant records.
· Support the team in fraud detection and investigation processes.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness while reviewing documents and records.
Must - Have Qualifications:
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Freshers are welcome to apply.
· Candidates should be based in Gurgaon
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office, with good command over Excel.
· Ability to review and handle information accurately.
· Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
· Excellent Communication and Computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Commerce Graduate with Accounting background would be preferred.
· An exp of 6 mths to 1 year in the field of Accounting, Business or Data Analysis would be preferred.
· Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Concatenate, Sumtrim, etc) would be given preference.
