Role Description The Jr. Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This position involves assisting in planning and executing digital performance marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive lead generation and brand awareness. The role includes conducting basic market and audience research, monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven optimizations. The Jr. Performance Marketing Executive will support senior team members in developing marketing strategies, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining consistent communication with partners and vendors. Daily tasks also include tracking budgets, ensuring accurate campaign setup, and staying updated on performance marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to support campaign strategy and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze audiences, competitors, and campaign performance data.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Marketing skills to understand funnels, conversion metrics, and business objectives.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is beneficial.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret campaign metrics and KPIs are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
