Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in India. The Job Title will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations related to Polyglaze’s construction chemical solutions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure products are positioned and used effectively. Typical responsibilities may include coordinating with sales and technical staff, assisting customers and stakeholders with product information, preparing documentation and reports, and maintaining accurate records in line with company standards. The role may also involve participation in site visits, product demonstrations, and cross-functional projects to contribute to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including the ability to manage records, prepare reports, and follow structured processes.
- Candidates should possess basic technical understanding of construction materials or chemical products, or be willing to learn industry-specific knowledge.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to respond to customer needs and support operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in common office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email) and be comfortable working with digital documentation.
- Relevant education in engineering, construction management, chemistry, business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience in construction, building materials, or industrial products is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in India, adhere to safety standards, and travel to project locations when required.
