About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you will support field operations across active project locations.
The role involves coordinating with site teams, supporting onboarding activities, improving execution workflows, handling operational challenges, and ensuring smooth coordination between field teams and internal stakeholders.
This is a highly execution-oriented role for candidates who are comfortable with field exposure, intercity travel, and fast-paced operational environments.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and willing to go on-ground whenever operationally required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Operations & Execution
- Support day-to-day operational activities across project locations.
- Assist in onboarding and operational setup at new sites.
- Travel across locations based on business and operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution and timely coordination across teams.
2. Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, operators, contractors, and vendors.
- Act as a bridge between field teams and internal stakeholders.
- Support real-time issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations.
3. Operational Efficiency & Productivity Improvement
- Observe on-ground workflows and identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with teams to improve coordination, execution efficiency, and overall site productivity.
- Support implementation of operational processes and execution standards.
4. Workforce & Operations Support
- Coordinate with operators and field teams for daily operational activities.
- Support attendance tracking, reporting, and execution follow-ups.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes, timelines, and site requirements.
5. Reporting & Communication
- Maintain operational trackers, execution updates, and field reports.
- Share structured operational updates with the central operations team.
- Escalate critical operational challenges in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Compensation: 3.6 to 5.4 LPA; travel allowances.
