Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Job Title will oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, coordinate janitorial staff, and ensure service quality meets Jan-Pro standards at client locations. Responsibilities include monitoring attendance, assigning duties, inspecting premises, and addressing client requests or concerns promptly. The role involves maintaining cleaning schedules, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols, and supporting continuous improvement in operational efficiency. The Job Title will also collaborate with internal teams and clients for reporting, feedback, and resolution of operational issues.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including team coordination, scheduling, and workflow oversight in housekeeping or facilities services.
- Client service and relationship management capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, communication, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety and hygiene practices, and compliance with relevant local regulations.
- Basic data and reporting skills for tracking attendance, performance metrics, and cost-related information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with diverse teams and clients.
- Prior experience in facility management, housekeeping services, or related operations is preferred.
- Relevant education in hospitality, facilities management, business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work full time on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
