Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Strategy
- Design and manage end-to-end total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, incentives)
across India, Middle East, and US, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support annual compensation review cycles — merit increases, salary benchmarking, and
bonus/incentive plan administration.
- Conduct regular pay benchmarking using tools as needed to validate compensation bands.
- Partner with leadership to develop compensation philosophy and pay structures.
- Design and administer short-term and long-term incentive programs, including variable pay.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- End-to-end payroll processing — monthly payroll, off-cycle payments, full and final
settlements, and payroll reconciliation.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Maternity Benefit
Act, and Shops & Establishments Act, for ME, end of service benefits, GOSI, Dews and USA
related compliance.
- Liaise with external payroll vendors and internal Finance for GL mapping and payroll
accounting.
- Drive compliance with labour law changes and government notifications; maintain auditready documentation.
- Administer GOSI (Saudi Arabia), GPSSA (UAE nationals), DEWS, EOS (End of Service gratuity)
calculations per local labour law.
HR Operations & Systems
- Maintain and optimize HRIS/payroll systems (own data integrity, system configurations, and
reporting.
- Generate C&B dashboards, headcount cost reports, and analytics for senior management
and board packs.
- Coordinate with external auditors, ESIC/PF authorities, and tax consultants during
inspections and audits.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and documentation of standard operating
procedures across all geographies.
- Working closely with finance team on budget exercise , audit exercise.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, with at
least 4 years in a manager or lead role.
- Experience managing or coordinating with third-party payroll vendors.
- Proficiency in HRIS/payroll platforms.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; comfort with pivot tables, vlookups, and payroll reconciliation
models.
- MBA in HR / Finance or equivalent.
- Experience with equity / stock option / ESOP plan administration.
- Prior experience in a GCC (Global Capability Centre), MNC, or IT/ITES/technology-led
organization.
- Familiarity with compensation survey methodolog
