💎 About the Role
RPJ Jewellers Private Limited is looking for an experienced and customer-friendly Jewellery Sales Executive to join our wholesale/retail jewellery showroom in Kinari Bazaar, Agra.
If you have 3–4 years of experience specifically in Wholesale Jewellery Sales / Wholesale Jewellery Industry and enjoy interacting with jeweller clients, explaining jewellery products and building long-term business relationships, we would love to hear from you.
🛍️ What You'll Do
✔ Welcome jeweller clients and understand their jewellery and business requirements.
✔ Show and explain wholesale jewellery designs and collections.
✔ Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery according to their requirements, market and budget.
✔ Explain product details, quality, pricing and other relevant information clearly.
✔ Carefully handle and maintain jewellery products while showing them to customers.
✔ Build positive and long-term relationships with wholesale customers.
✔ Handle customer queries professionally and provide a smooth showroom experience.
✔ Follow up with customers when required and maintain strong customer relationships.
✔ Coordinate with the team for billing, stock and customer requirements.
✔ Maintain proper counter presentation and product arrangement.
✔ Support repeat business by maintaining strong relationships with existing jeweller clients.
🎯 What We're Looking For
✅ 3–4 years of relevant experience in Wholesale Jewellery Sales / Wholesale Jewellery Industry is required.
✅ Prior experience specifically with wholesale jeweller clients is mandatory.
✅ Good communication and customer-handling skills.
✅ Presentable, polite and confident personality.
✅ Good knowledge of gold jewellery products, designs and basic jewellery terminology.
✅ Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
✅ Candidate should have a personal smartphone for work-related communication.
✅ Candidates who can conveniently commute to Kinari Bazaar will be preferred.
✅ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
⭐ Candidates with strong wholesale jewellery sales experience will be given first preference.
🤝 Important: This Is NOT a Pressure-Based Sales Job
We believe in quality customer interaction, trust and long-term relationships rather than aggressive or high-pressure selling.
The focus is on understanding jeweller requirements, showing the right products, providing a professional buying experience and building long-term business relationships.
🕐 Working Hours
12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
🍽️ Lunch Break Included
📅 Weekly Off: Monday
🏖️ Paid Leave: 4 leaves per month, credited proportionately as per the applicable company leave policy.
