About the Role:
We’re looking for Japanese-speaking professionals to handle customer queries and deliver an excellent customer experience for an international corporate client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, booking-related requests and complaints.
- Communicate professionally in Japanese and English.
- Resolve customer concerns and build strong customer relationships.
- Support customer requests related to e-commerce and hospitality.
Requirements:
- Japanese proficiency at N2 level.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
- Strong spoken and written Japanese.
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Graduate or Diploma in Japanese.
