Main Purpose:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering highly complex IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role Involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role oversees the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to robust governance frameworks, agile way of working, standardization, and enabling successful delivery across multiple IT domains such as applications, infrastructure, digital workplace and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end highly complex cross-functional IT projects across the full project lifecycle, from Initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business prioritie
- Develop and maintain project charter, project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
- Define and continuously refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholder
- Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating Internal IT resources and external vendor
- Identify Risks and issues, develop and implement mitigation strategies, manage RAID logs
- Deliver clear, data-driven executive communications, enabling informed decision making by providing visibility into project status, milestones, risks and impediments
- Drive effective stakeholder management, managing expectations, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment between business needs and IT deliver
- Manage critical project interdependencies, resolve impediments
- Lead project closure activities including lessons learned, formal sign offs
Technical & Architectural Alignmen
- Requires broad understanding of multiple IT domains (applications, infrastructure, data, security) to effectively manage projects and engage with technical tea

Education & Certificati
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related fie
- PMP (Mandatory), Scrum Master certifications (Added Advantage)
Experience
- Minimum 12+ years of overall IT project management experience with significant exposure to complex IT programs and projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT projects from Initiation to closure using waterfall, agile or hybrid methodology
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
