# WE ARE HIRING | INVESTMENT MOBILISATION MANAGER
📍 **Location:** Koramangala, Bangalore
💼 **Experience:** 2–3+ Years
💰 **Salary:** ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Attractive Incentives & Performance Bonuses
🕐 **Working Hours:** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

## About the Role
We are looking for a **results-driven Investment Mobilisation Manager** with proven experience in investment mobilisation, financial services, wealth management, or related fields.
The ideal candidate should have a **strong and active network of HNIs, investors, business owners, and high-value clients in Bangalore** and the ability to convert relationships into genuine investment opportunities.
This role is ideal for a confident business development professional who understands investor behaviour, can build trust with high-value clients, and consistently delivers against mobilisation targets.
## Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new investment opportunities through personal and professional networks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with **HNI clients, investors, business owners, and high-value prospects**.
* Mobilise investments in line with assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
* Generate leads through existing networks, referrals, business contacts, and market opportunities.
* Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective investors.
* Understand client investment requirements and communicate suitable investment opportunities.
* Manage the complete investment mobilisation cycle from **lead generation to conversion and relationship management**.
* Develop referral networks and strategic relationships to generate qualified investor leads.
* Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into investors.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, conversions, and mobilisation.
* Monitor market trends and identify new investor segments and business opportunities.
* Achieve individual and team-based investment mobilisation targets.
* Provide regular reports on pipeline, conversions, mobilisation, and business development activities.
* Maintain professional and confidential relationships with investors and clients.
## Mandatory Requirements
✔️ **Strong HNI / Investor network in Bangalore – Mandatory**
✔️ 2–3+ years of experience in investment mobilisation, financial services, wealth management, banking, NBFC, mutual funds, insurance, or related sectors
✔️ Proven track record in **lead generation and investment/client acquisition**
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔️ Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
✔️ Strong business development and networking skills
✔️ Target-oriented and results-driven approach
✔️ Ability to independently develop and manage an investor pipeline
✔️ Professional appearance and confidence in dealing with HNI and high-value clients
## Preferred Experience

* Achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
* Revenue/business generated through investor relationships
