Mentioned below are the key roles and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Nurturing, Business Development & Operations
- Build the sales funnel and be the first point of contact for potential customers
- Assist with in-house and outdoor (field trips) basic planning and execution support - Logistics, Scheduling, Communication etc.
2. Executive Administration
- Interaction and Management of Customer (Student's Parents) queries and requests
- Management of student classes and activity schedule, field trips etc.
- Manage inquiries from leads and potential customers, business partners, and stake holders.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both digital and physical documents, assets and inventory management
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Management and upkeep of office equipments and pantry supplies
3. Financial Management:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for CXO level executives.

- Genuinely excellent communication — written and spoken. You'll represent GiftdMinds to discerning parents, business partners, senior executives and government officials - your communication skills and your personality shall reflect ownership, confidence, empathy and problem solving.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. This is a bootstrapped startup. You'll have enormous responsibility and enormous latitude.You should be a very good with multitasking. No one will hand you a playbook — you'll write it.
- Prior experience in similar role. Having worked in Education or EdTech space will be a plus, but not a must.
