GiftdMinds is a NASSCOM Centre of Excellence-recognised deep-tech R&D Product + EdTech startup.
We spend 75% of our time in core product R&D - build quadruped robots, chase satellites, prepare sounding rockets, and refine ornithopters. Rest 25%, we transform into an R&D lab for some of the smartest, most passionate 10โ16 year-olds in Bangalore โ young minds building hard-core, hands-on engineering skills and real products.
We're at a stage where our work speaks for itself once people experience it. Now we are in the growth phase : cutting through the noise to connect with the right customers, the right partners, and the right collaborators โ and bringing them close enough to see what we do. That's the heart of this role.

Not only you'll be responsible to establish GiftdMinds brand value to those who are trying to understand what GiftdMinds is and what we do but should also have amazing convincing power and real warmth to help parents understand the value proposition and how practical, hands-on learning, going deep and starting early - is the way forward for youngsters, ahead of the curve who aspire to achieve something big in the world of technology, engineering and entrepreneurship.

Identify and build the channels that helps GiftdMinds reach forward-thinking, discerning parents and businesses who'd like to become a part of our growth journey. This is not about spraying ads into the void. It's targeted, strategic outreach: the right events, the right communities, the right partnerships, the right referral engines.

Open doors with tech companies (robotics, EVs, drones, aerospace, space), academic and research institutions (IISc, IIA, observatories), and government bodies (IN-SPACe, ISRO, HAL, NAL, TISC). Every one of these is a potential source of exposure for our students or collaboration for our products. You'll help shape these relationships from first contact onward.

You'll help build the relationships that bring in sponsors, chief guests, and collaborators โ and get our founder into the right rooms with the right people across tech, media, and the investment ecosystem.

You'll own the top of the funnel completely โ and you'll partner directly with the founder on the high-stakes conversations. If "I got our founder into a meeting that mattered, and I was in the room" sounds like the kind of win you want on your record early in your career โ this is that role.

โธ An BBA / MBA intern or fresh graduate (marketing, business development, or general management). Strong undergrads with exceptional communication and a hustle track record will also be considered โ the degree matters less than the drive.
โธ Genuinely excellent communication โ written and spoken. You'll be representing GiftdMinds to discerning parents, senior executives, and government officials. You need to hold all three rooms.
โธ A strategic mind, not just an executor. We don't need someone to run generic campaigns. We need someone who can figure out ๐ธ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฆ the right people actually are and how to reach them.
โธ Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. This is a bootstrapped startup. You'll have enormous responsibility and enormous latitude. No one will hand you a playbook โ you'll write it.
โธ Real belief in the mission. If you think hands-on skills matter more than rote marks, if you get why a young teenager building a functional product prototype is extraordinary โ you'll thrive here. If not, you'll struggle.
