Digital Marketing Analyst
Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, resourceful, and highly organized professional to work directly with the Founder in building Innerwise—a global AI-powered platform for body, mind, and consciousness. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, and taking ownership across marketing, product, strategy, and business operations.
This is not a traditional assistant role. You will be a core member of the founding team, helping transform ideas into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
* Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
* Coordinate with content creators, designers, PR agencies, and influencers.
* Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
* Conduct competitor and market research.
* Assist with product launches, events, webinars, and retreats.
* Build and manage marketing calendars.
* Track KPIs and prepare marketing reports.
Business Analysis
* Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and customer feedback.
* Research wellness, AI, neuroscience, and digital health trends.
* Prepare business reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
* Define product requirements alongside the product and technology teams.
* Support testing of new features and user experience improvements.
* Create SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
Executive Associate
* Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives.
* Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
* Manage relationships with partners, advisors, and vendors.
* Help prepare investor, partnership, and board presentations.
* Track key business priorities and ensure timely execution.
* Handle confidential projects with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Law, Engineering, Psychology, or related field).
* 7+ years of experience (exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Strong analytical and research skills.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva, Google Workspace, and project management software is a plus.
