Job Description
Supportio Business Service is looking for an experienced and result-oriented International Team Leader to lead our Auto Parts International Sales Process.
The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, excellent English communication, and experience in managing sales teams in an international process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the International Auto Parts sales team.
- Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve productivity and sales.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer queries.
- Monitor call quality, conversion, attendance, and overall performance.
- Conduct daily team huddles and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure process adherence and maintain floor discipline.
- Coordinate with management regarding team performance and targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in an International Sales/BPO process.
- Experience in International Auto Parts Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of sales targets, conversion, and performance metrics.
- Ability to handle escalations and motivate a target-driven team.
- Comfortable working in an international/night-shift environment.
