p and execute strategies to expand Nalika’s presence in global markets.• Identif
y and develop new overseas customers, distributors, and OEMs.• Generat
e export enquiries through digital platforms, trade portals, exhibitions, and networking.• Conduct
market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.• Build a
nd maintain strong relationships with international customers and channel partners.• Coordin
ate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.• Prepare
quotations, presentations, and marketing materials for global customers.• Achieve
export sales and market development targets.

• Bachel
or’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.• 5–10 ye
ars of experience in International Marketing, Export Sales, or Business Development in manufacturing.• Experie
nce in steel tubes, steel, metals, engineering products, automotive components, hydraulics, or industrial B2B sales is highly preferred.• Good un
derstanding of export documentation, Incoterms, international logistics, and global trade practices.• Excelle
nt communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Willing
ness to travel internationally for customer visits and exhibitions.
