Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an International Sales Manager – Southeast Asia. The role involves driving sales growth across Southeast Asian markets, managing distributor and partner relationships, and building Infiniva's market presence for its portfolio in the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing international sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring sales performance against targets. The International Sales Manager will coordinate with medical, regulatory, and marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and training for healthcare professionals and partners. The role also requires regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and periodic travel across Southeast Asia to build relationships and support business development.
Qualifications
- Prior experience selling into Southeast Asian markets (e.g., Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia) is required, preferably in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
- Strong international sales, business development, and account management skills.
- Experience in channel management, distributor coordination, and territory expansion across multiple countries.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to build trust with healthcare professionals and partners.
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks, product registration processes, and compliance requirements across Southeast Asian countries.
- Experience liaising with regulatory authorities or coordinating with regulatory affairs teams on dossier submissions, approvals, and renewals.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding international sales targets and working in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required and collaborate cross-functionally from the Bengaluru headquarters.
