About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through calls, chat and email.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer experience and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Follow company processes and achieve assigned performance targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of customer service experience can apply.
- Graduation must be completed.
- Currently pursuing candidates are not eligible.
- Candidates who have completed their education in the UK, USA, Canada or other international locations are encouraged to apply.
